Brussels Sprouts, Falafel & Broccoli Bowl

Ingredients
4 Bite Me Fine Foods Falafels
15 Brussels sprouts
50g brown rice
50g quinoa
1 head broccoli, chopped into florets
2 spring onions, sliced
3 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp dukka
Method:
1. Steam broccoli and Brussels sprouts.
2. Heat Falafels in a sandwich press until golden on both sides.
3. Boil rice and quinoa.
4. Combine rice, Brussels sprouts, broccoli and onion.
5. Drizzle with tamari and add Falafels.
6. Sprinkle with dukka to serve.
